Meet Geeta Lahiri
Hi! I’m Geeta, founder and managing partner at The Gajah Group. Using a scalable and sustainable approach to process optimization, I help entrepreneurs form and realize their goals with customized strategic, operational, and service support. This, in turn, allows my clients to focus on what they do best to deliver a first-rate experience to their clients.
With 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, as an owner, manager, and employee, combined with my education at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, and my natural curiosity to learn about various subject matters, I have a unique set of skills to help a variety of service-based businesses, not just reach their goals, but set new goals as their businesses soar to new heights.
Over the last few years, I have learned that there are many talented entrepreneurs providing unique and amazing products/services to their clients, but some need a little extra help with the business-end of their business – often due to lack of time, energy, or know-how. That’s where I come in! I have been able to free-up my client’s time and mind-space to dream a little and push their businesses to the next level. From improving time-efficiencies to increasing sales to elevating service levels, my clients have seen great improvement in their businesses while working with me.
What drives me on a daily basis is to see others succeed and knowing that I had a hand in that success. I value honesty, integrity, and having a solid work ethic – both in myself and those that I surround myself with. I treat my client’s businesses like they are my own!
